Want a Dress?
 If you would like to attend a boutique, please read the guidelines below and submit your NAME, SCHOOL, DRESS SIZE, and PREFERRED DATE TO ATTEND to info@rubyroomseattle.org.
These are the requirements:

Girls must be currently enrolled in high school and must present a valid school ID card or other proof of current enrollment.

Girls must be eligible for the free or reduced lunch program, or be referred to us by a school or community service leader (i.e. teacher, youth group leader)

Girls must provide their name and contact information.
|
 |
Girls are allowed to received one dress, as well as related accessories if available. Students may only obtain a dress at one boutique, and they must be present to receive this dress. There will be no exchanges.

Each girl will be assigned a personal shopper and must wait until this volunteer is available before she can begin shopping. Therefore, please plan to spend the afternoon with us.

Each girl is permitted to bring one person with them to help them shop with the volunteer. Others may wait in the waiting area.
Please note: Dresses in certain sizes are in limited supply. We will do everything we can to accommodate everyone, however, receiving a dress is not guaranteed.

Referrals
Referrals are confidential. If you are a young woman in need of a referral, please send us an email requesting a contact, including the high school you are currently attending or print out the boutique form, below, have it filled out by a guidance counselor, teacher, principal, guardian or other adult and mail or fax it to us.
